How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collectibles or perishable concession items may be final sale.

Can I use Cinemark Movie Rewards points for my purchase?
Currently, Cinemark Movie Rewards points can be earned on eligible purchases, but they cannot be redeemed directly for merchandise on the Cinemark Shop site at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to international fans in the future.
